Step 1: Turn the hand wheel clockwise until snug
Step 2: Remove any foreign objects from below the ram.
Step 3: Remove the oil plug and make sure the oil level is full with hydraulic oil
Step 4: Turn the hand wheel counterclockwise to release air and retract the piston rod. Step 5: Check Oil Level Again. Add more hydraulic oil as needed. Step 6: Add WD-40 to the springs

Step 1: Loosen the bleed screw 3 to 4 turns to allow air to go in and out of the oil tank.
Step 2: Check to make sure the log is fixed stably.
Step 3:Check Oil Levels. Every 150 hours of use, the hydraulic oil needs to be replaced
Step 4: Clean the oil drain bolt before and make sure it is tightened to avoid leakage
Step 5: Load the log lengthwise into the unit between the wedge and the log pusher
Step 6: Plug into the correct cord Step 7: Left-hand pushes the hydraulic lever, right-hand pushes On/Off switch simultaneously
Operate electric splitter for 5 mins. Switch off, and cool 10 minutes before restarting |

Step 1: Loosen the bleed screw 3 to 4 turns to allow air to go in and out of the oil tank.
Step 2: Slide both batteries into the battery compartment
Step 3: Load a single log lengthwise onto the log rail.
Step 4: Begin splitting: Right-hand presses power, left pulls control lever together
